Schools Post Covid

bragnam schools post covid

1st April 2022

In 2020, the world was upside down by a virus which changed lives and schools were closed, this dangerous new virus spread quickly through communities worldwide giving us a lesson to learn.
Biggest lesson: in-person school is best for children and teens. Students get more than education at school, and that is an opportunity to interact with other kids.
Although COVID-19 threat is still not over, we now have many more tools to keep kids safely in school.
To keep kids healthy, multiple practices should be followed. This includes vaccines for everyone who is eligible, along with universal masking, physical distancing, washing hands and staying home when sick. These steps should be combined with good ventilation, testing/screening and contact tracing in the school community
Keeping students in schools starts with local, state, and Central government policies and guidance supported by science. To make it a success, everyone has to do their role so students and staff stay healthy and physically together in school.

22 Oct 2015

Dusshera is celebrated in many Hindu nations like Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, and Nepal with great enthusiasm. Bragnam learning also celebrated Dusshera with kids performing various characters so as to make them understand the significance of the festival. Dusshera is also known for marking the victory of Lord Rama over ten-headed devil Ravana, as the name signifies.”Dasha-Hara”, “Dasha” here refers to “das”(ten) headed devil Ravana and “hara” means defeat, it means the defeat of the ten-headed devil.

Although the day also marks the victory of Maa Durga over Mahishasur.Signifying both the events, role plays were done in all schools and centres of Bragnam learning. Kids participated with eagerness and it was observed that kids kept on asking about various characters of Ramayana while practicing for the show. Today cartoon characters are dominating storybooks, television, and plays. Kids are not knowing epics thus marking a threat to social etiquettes in the future.

Bragnam in this way have been trying to instill morale values in kids. Kids played various roles like Sita, Jatayu, Ravana, Ram, Lakshman and performed extremely well. Kids were dressed up in attires of the said characters and did wonderful role plays of the characters. Mr. Nidheesh Saxena, Director Bragnam learning said that it is very important for kids to know thee cultural values else it would be a disaster for society if students start taking cartoons as their ideal characters.

15 Aug 2015

Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in all the schools of Bragnam. Executive Director of Bragnam learning Mr. Nidhesh Saxena said that celebrating days of national importance, particularly the Independence Day of a nation, has been very important since the beginning. As a sense of Nationality is to be developed in students in early ages. Psychologically also, what activities kids are into in this age is remembered by them when they grow up as adults and thus helps in developing a sense of patriotism in them.

Students in all Bragnam schools were dressed up like national heroes who fought for the Independence of India. In fact, our national heroes were looking very cute and if they had been seeing these kids from somewhere, surely a smile mixed with a sense of happiness would have been on their faces.
